Cleaning mechanism

Step 1

When polluted material is moved by the conveyor into the cleaning machine, the 1st static electricity remover eliminates static electricity to easily remove dirt and pollutants.

Step 2

By using adhesion of roll in contact with the surface of cleaning roller, pollutants are removed from the polluted material (product), and the 2nd adhesive roller that cleanses polluted cleaning roller removes pollutants.

Step 3

For the material cleaned after 3 steps, the static electricity generated by friction is removed again by static bar to prevent secondary pollutants from adhering.

Step 4

The product with finished cleaning and static process is moved by the small conveyor.
